Situated right in the middle of Newcastle Beach, Newcastle SLSC is a hidden gem that offers an atmosphere unlike any other venue. 

Nestled into the hillside below street level, the club retains an air of intimacy and privacy despite its size and central location.

Large doors and windows opening up on to a spacious forecourt just metres from the sand, connecting the venue to its picturesque surrounds and presenting full 180° unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

The interior space can accomodate up to 80 seated guests or 120 standing, while the fully licensed forecourt area has space for over 100 additional seated or 150 standing. 

The Royce Jackson Bar offers a wide range of beverages to suit all tastes and occasions including two tap beers.

Built out of the club’s long-serving surf boat, reclaimed hardwoods and repurposed convict-hewn stone, the bar is also quite the conversation starter!
